At Ambre Blends, we take pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our facility.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to the address specified in your Return Authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit for exchanges within 5-7 business days.
