How do I apply Ambre Blends oil essences for the best results?
Our essences are heat-activated. For the best scent throw, apply the oil to your pulse points—wrists, neck, and behind the ears—then rub them together to activate the fragrance with your body heat.
Are your products natural and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are handmade using high-quality, natural ingredients. We are 100% cruelty-free and do not use parabens, sulfates, or synthetic chemicals in our blends.
What is your return policy for open products?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. We recommend purchasing our Sample Pack first to find your favorite scent before committing to a full-sized bottle.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Why can't I smell the scent on myself after a few minutes?
This is often due to 'olfactory fatigue,' where your nose becomes accustomed to the scent. Because our oils work with your body chemistry, others will still be able to smell the radiance of the amber even if you cannot.
